At the age of 36, while managing clothing shops and training as a bodybuilder, Brahman Menor had a spiritual experience. He then changed course, gradually stopped bodybuilding, and moved to Aruba to start a paramedical center. As he developed an interest in spirituality and began teaching courses, he also started to experiment with different diets, as his body began to reject various kinds of food.
He first became vegetarian, then vegan, then fruitarian and even liquidarian. None of these diets seemed right, though, as he kept losing weight, and so he continued to try to find something that fit his body. When he later heard about someone who had not eaten in over 16 years, he knew this was his next step. As he had become more open and connected over the years since his spiritual experience, shortly thereafter,
he was blessed with the channeling of a program with which he could go pranic. He did the program himself, successfully stopped eating and drinking for five months straight, and found that he had never felt any better.
