From the age of 19, I received extensive training in Tai Chi, Qi Gong and meditation from an expert named Louyan, to whom my infinite gratitude goes. He passed on his passion for osteopathy to me, and once, during what seemed like an ordinary session, an indescribable event occurred in my consciousness.
It took me several years to process this event.
It was a chance meeting with Dominique Verga that allowed me to establish a connection with Prana.
Fortunately, I later met Nicolas Pilartz, who helped me structure my pranic path, a path that until then had been chaotic and random. His highly structured method and impressive experience allowed me to find a personal perspective in this period of ecological, cultural and spiritual transition.
